Any comments on VIA in Thornhill, Ontario with respect to their Service? Good or Bad?

Have never had any problems used them since 06, 5 shipment this year so far. Have done a good job.

Irina calls our office for load rates day in and out. I can't say she has ever done a bad job, however she will try to make you hold the load while she shops to try to cover her truck for more $ but has never called and booked then cancelled on me. Never had a problem with her other than finding it hard to secure her equipment!

small, but good company... used for multiple loads and never any real problems....
