Booked these guys on a load Monday for pickup yesterday.... was completely transparent load had a 5 pm pickup time....They confirmed in the morning everything was on schedule for pickup yesterday , then I get messages at 8:30 pm from someone at their company who tells me truck " broke down " at the shipper and had to be towed with reefer unit for repairs but they could load tomorrow lol .
I checked with the shipper and these guys never showed up at all, just lies .... I called VB ACE PF SPADES back and asked what shop it was towed too and if I could get the drivers #, they disconnected and wouldn't answer my calls for the rest of the evening, Thankfully I had a recovery plan in place and got it fixed with my own team. I would never ever use these guys again as they clearly lie and probably were trying to double broker this and it backfired on them
