V4U transported a load from Ohio to Mississauga, but unloading was delayed due to heightened workload stemming from a tariff-situation b/w U.S. and Canada. At the two-hour mark, the carrier (City-Sahil Bansal) demanded immediate off-loading and threatened to hold the load hostage, insisting on excessive accessorial charges. Despite proactive communication, V4U refused reasonable solutions. They falsely claimed the driver was pulled but completed unloading within 2.75 hours of paid wait charges.
