*** DO NOT WORK WITH THEM ** We had a rush load and they delivered it more than a week late after lying everyday and giving us false ETAs. At some point they hung off on us and didn't answer emails or calls anymore. This load was probably double broked and they added other freight wich resulted in much longer transit time. STAY AWAY

UPPER ACE WAS APPROVED FOR QUICKPAY PRIOR TO RECEIVING THESE LOADS. UPDATE: ADDITIONAL INFORMATION RECEIVED, CARRIER BLUNTLY ADMITTED THEY DOUBLE BROKER LOADS AND THEY PAY THE HAULING CARRIER ACCORDING TO THEIR "TERMS".
