Did a load for them back in May, we still have not been paid.
We heard a rumour that they were sold, anyone have any information how we can contact them or the new owners?

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Silly rabbit, rumors are for kids. Have you tried contacting them and asking the same question yourself?

Sure did, thats why I'm asking here....

All the numbers we have have been cut off... and checked with Link and they were last connected there July 20th.
 
Home phone 403-253-1897 answered the first time, said they were still in business, hasn't answered since or returned any calls.

I stopped by their shop last week. Was 5:30pm when I got there. Gate was locked up. 4 trucks in the yard painted Unique’s color’s. All had other companies decals on them, 3 had the same decals & 1 had different decals. 2 stepdecks in the yard – stacked.


Some junk stored in the yard that has nothing to do with trucking. The name was still on the building. Not much else to see.

No “For Sale” signs on anything.

Going again today during "business hours"
 
Dropped by the shop again. A fair amount of activity going on. Talked to Ed, has had his trucks running for other companies for the past year, just brokered his own loads.

Told me our outstanding invoices would be paid by the end of next week. Here's hoping.

Seemed like a stand up guy but I've been wrong before.

Gave all info to our Admin office and they are taking from there,
good luck with your invoices.
