If you have become a victim of what appears will turn into the biggest fraud in the Canadian Trucking Industry in a long time please do not hesitate to contact Montreal RCMP. Everyday now more and more victims are reporting they have become a victim of TWIN K.
TWIN K was booking freight via multiple load brokers. They would then re-broker it to a carrier via loadlink using TWIN K a trucking company in Nova Scotia in business since 1996 that had an excellent credit rating. They would take cash advances or "comchecks" on the freight. We have no idea how much money or how many carriers were scammed but judging from what we're hearing it is significant. These people are professional criminals. It is extremely important that people in the industry are aware of Twin K. Spread the word.
