We have been into this facility twice, the first time was 7 hours to unload , Yesterday was 5.5 we ended up dropping our trailer and sent our driver to a customer in Woodbridge and grabbed one on our empty trailers so we would not miss our reload as we still had a half a load on after 5.5 hrs, Trying to talk to anybody there to resolve the problem was a lost cause they basically had the I don't give a s**t attitude and said when the driver was empty they would let him know, Very rude and very unprofessional, We would definitely not grace the door steps of this establishment again

We had a similar experience years ago. But we can't drop trailers, because we are not from the city. After 5.5 hours of waiting and probably dozens of phone calls I told the broker to find me a place to drop the load. He did, and then tried to dock me $225 that he had to pay the local company to redeliver. Needless to say we never graced the steps at TST again, nor did we work with that broker again. We never got paid waiting time or for the extra stop either. Despite me sending the broker even phone records proving I called that place and so and so told me to show up at 6:30 am, I got told that I showed up unannounced. I guess that goes down in the books of learning the hard way. How does it possibly take that long to pull some freight off a trailer? I will never understand.

The first time delivering to this facility we chalked up as a bad day and believing everybody deserves a second chance, Well TST blew there second chance, We had 22 skids of general freight a no brainer unload a 1/2 hour to an hour unload. Needless to say we will not be back ,we are not from the city as well but fortunately we have drop trailers in the GTA so it helped us out of the bad situation that TST created, thanks for your reply, have a great day
