They have a google page, post the whole screenshot on there and leave a review. Professionalism seems to have been dying these last few years when there was boom in freight, everyone and their uncle has been opening up shop. Lack of professionalism and customer service will be the demise of the small carrier once the mega fleets start eating up all the business.
