Trucking job vacancies continue to increase

Because owners are not paying drivers for lay overs or waiting time and they are fed up, we are now getting 3 calls every day for drivers looking for steady work, we pay our drivers on salary and we pay every week, some weeks they put in 55-60 hours and others they do 40 so it balances out and they know how much they are getting paid consistently.

Ground logistics is increeeedibly interesting in its infinite variety and offerings. This being said it's tough to find the right driver for the work niche you ultimately occupy. It's a slow and attritive process.
