Something doesn't seem right here to me. $5000 fine vs 8 years in jail. The owner is getting off way too lightly.

I'm sure there are plenty of other companies guilty of this though. Most of them I would hope are the "fly-by-night" ones, with 884925 Ont. Inc. on them. I have to agree though, seems like he is getting off way to light.
