Sounds like a crock of shit to me. The driver can and should of just told the company to go pound salt. Another point I see wrong is a reset is not required as the driver could of used the old recap (pita yes but legal). Hate that he got hurt but I think the driver had responsibility in this and the company is taking a bath because of it. (No they are not without blame either)
