Tri Ax permits

Hi I wanted to know if you have a tri ax going into PQ with regular weight 40 000 lbs do you need to be plated for this?

yes you can not run tridem in QC without permit heavy haul. Weight loaded on it does not matter.

On a different matter anybody heard anything about running 10' 1" spreads in Quebec. A friend of mine says there against Quebec rules and I'm not aware of such a ruling.

Heather, we run them there all the time.

Axles

All our tractors are plated for 5 axles in Quebec. Therefore, we cannot haul any more axles without a different reg.
Although, we are good for around 89000lbs gross on the 5 axle.
