Warning to all carriers/brokers if above shipper calls. They move a lot of loads to SCM in Cornwall and Mississauga. They will call saying they have multiple loads to move and they do have them but they just don't pay for them. I did some work for them and they are over 120 days paying. Getting the "working on it" excuse from them. They are located in Portage du Fort, QC.

Call SCM direct and they will not haul to many more loads into them they really don't like controversy. I wouldn't try the old bill you approach just ask if they can help you out first.
I did advise SCM more so to let them know they deal with a supplier that doesn't pay their freight bills. They seemed reluctant to even acknowledge it and preferred to remain neutral. I know Trebio rents the warehouse in Portage du Fort so my next call is to the owner to advise their renter may be cash strapped
