Any Info on payment trend for this carrier. Any good or bad info would be appreciated. Also what would you quote for rounder load from Scraborough to Columbus OH twice week for Automotive freight.

Been a while since I did anything for them but they have been around for ever and always paid on time. Solid carrier.

They average 60 days to pay with us. Have deducted invoices in the past so be careful when you read their booking agreements...

Cross out anything pertaining to wait time or any other "possible" deductions...
 
Transpro is an absolutely first rate operation.
They pay their bills on time and treat other carriers with respect.
We've done business with them (both ways) for many years with no issue.
 
Does any body know if Trans Pro Logistics Inc. is related to TransPro Freight?
 
There are at least two distinct Trans Pro outfits operating out of Montreal.

One version is out of Ville St Laurent and operates his own equipment and has a sizable warehouse. They are very good to deal with and pay promptly.

There is a second Trans Pro that to my knowledge is strictly a freight broker, they deal a great deal with produce loads and have an office on L'Acadie Blvd near the central market and a secondary office on Mc Gill in Montreal proper. This company is somewhat slower in paying it's bills, especially the Mc Gill office.

I did not mean to mix both outfits. We had issues with TransPro Logistics, on McGill Street.

They just hired a new general manager from Polaris. They are adding not loosing people. I am not sure where you getting your information.

a couple of the carusi's (eric and rob) left.
manager for the trucks left.
they hired the finance guy from polaris.
 
I couldn't answer that question as a broker I only ever booked freight on carriers equipment and paid them for their hard work.
