These guys are bad news. We paid a team rate to move a load with them, became suspicious when the excuses started as to why they would have difficulty meeting the delivery time(after they accepted the order and picked it up). Eventually were told the truck was at the Putnam scale getting a tire changed after an inspection. At this point, ET informed us that they didn't like our credit status on Link and would only deliver the load on a COD basis. Since the load was now over 12 hrs late coming in from WI, we agreed and since the consignee was on the other side of our parking lot, we met the driver, gave him the cheque and had our freight delivered. The driver was quick to point out, in broken English, that his team driver had been left behind in London with the blown tire and he had to return to London to get the driver before returning to ET Transport in Concord!!??!! We avoid anybody now from 7777 Keele St Concord ON
