Do a search for them should be a bunch on the company, bascially you move there freight and then you will never receive payment unless you take a shipment a hold it for payment.

Went to their office in valleyfield just before Christmas last year, they owe me close to $3000.00 - turns out the load was double brokered twice. Fellow in office was agressive, gave him a chance to pay or I would visit the local police and charge him with fraud, he did not reply so I went to Surete du Quebec and sued in small claims court.
Good to know they are still operating. I would contact the shipper or receiver immediatly and ask if roxy has been paid!!!
They only answer the dispatch line or accounts receivable , they never return call from payables voice mail.

Can anyone with any amounts outstanding from back as far as 2008 communicate with me.
Just by chance we looked them up on the Registre Des Entreprises du Quebec last week. We found that the company declared bankruptcy in early December 2012. A full four years after their spending spree. Few people have been able to track them since the company address was never updated and they could not be found.
We immediately communicated with small claims court where we had a suit against them. The court was helpful in putting us through to the Trustee handling the file.
I received the debtors list and was surprised to see only five creditors, the biggest being a large Quebec carrier that itself went bankrupt over 2 years ago. There were only two other carriers listed. We of course are not on the list, I guess they forgot about the debt , it had been so long ago.
I wrote to the trustee to the effect that I am sure that there are a multitude of other carriers that are not listed as well. Also inquiring about how we were missed, seeing the law suit and demand letters sent.
I believe that if enough other carriers come forward with their claim it will be difficult for the owner and administrator to have an excuse for not having informed the trustee of the debt.
This evidence may allow a judge to lift the corporate vail and allow claim against the administrators personally.
