I think the trend in Quebec will be more roads and bridges that will carry a toll charge, provided they can get their construction industry corruption issue under control, plus the crumbling bridges in Montreal itself. Last time I drove on the 20 in a torrential rainstorm, drainage was practically non-existent. They need some better road engineering in Quebec, all due respect.
