Deducted $1,674 without as much as a word to us. When I asked why they took the money Steve Lessard (the dispatcher) didn't know. It took him 10 days to find the balls to send me an e-mail telling me he doesn't want to discuss it. Deal with these people at your own risk.........we won't!
