Arnold - owner??

905-405-9995... a/p knows they have an OLD invoice for $595.00.. and they will not pay.

The girl in a/p said we have to talk to Arnold about that..and conveniently he is not there, and mail box is full. We will be going to the consignee for payment.

Just got off the phone with a/p. She tells us when he sees our phone number, he tells them not to answer. We were also told by the office to use *70 (or whatever) to hide the phone number.

This guy is unbelievable....Oh well, he has been reported to credit agency along with his numbered company 7538863 Canada Inc... and now going to Shell Canada for payment.

There is no D&B info for this company - opened in 2010 according to their report.

What credit references were provided to you on their original application? You should call all the references they did list and advise of his non payment. They are likely in the same boat as you. If this was a Link load - put in a complaint to Link and get the "strike 1" documented now - I'm sure there are others out there owed monies.
 
this company is also out of Mississauga.. he also has a "numbered company". these companies certainly "shirt tail" with names of decent companies dont they?
 
OMG, just got off the phone with this idiot, they sent another 2 skids to our dock for delivery, and when we called him, and reminded him there was still 595.00 from September, and wanted payment, he told us to keep the skids.. how do clowns like this stay in business??
