Tranforce was waiting for Vitrans to rid themselves of the US division which is why they had an almost 10% stake once they sold it for 2 mill (plus all the debt) to Matty Moron Transforce jumped. They need Vitrans to keep their stock from stagnating too long..this deal will most likely happen.
