TransCore's Loadlink service now integrated with Google Maps

Just received our billing and they charged us $75.00/quarter for the Google Map link (which we never ordered).

I called and had that feature cancelled. It doesn't give you any more info than PC Miler or you can just use google maps on the internet.

The odd part was they told me we have been getting it free as a trial run yet when the fellow looked into it, he said it wasn't activated. Also said that the charge will continue to show on future billings (which he thought odd). I have to call them quarterly now to ensure that it's taken off our invoice.:(

the company has the 'platinum' package and it's $1500+ quarterly.
Seems expensive to me. The added $75.00 charge that was put on automatically didn't help.
 
Google Maps on Link

They tried to add $150 I think it was to ours (may have been$75), we cancelled it as well. They say it has been an active feature for a while now as a trial version and just assumed everyone wanted it billed?! Honestly we still don't quite know what it was for, kinda like the link chat that always seems to freeze when it opens up?
