Booked a load with them from QC to IL. Picked up fine. It was supposed to deliver Tuesday, but it turned out to be Wednesday, which was okay with the customer.

Wednesday at 12 pm they say they will deliver at 3 pm. 3 pm they say the driver won't make it as he hasn't crossed yet. New ETA is Thursday morning.

Thursday morning they will be there at 12 pm. At 12 pm the truck is in their yard and readjusting skids and the customer is freaking out.

False updates for 2 days straight and they broke a seal without permission to move the freight.

Horrible communication throughout and will never use again.

Not an LTL. Just an accomodating customer.

I ended up going to their warehouse yesterday and managing a crossdock to another carrier. A big headache so far.

Trans99 is DNU and I highly suggest against them.
 
Anything new on Trans99 Logistics out of Mississauga? Do they pay? Double broker?

I know there horrible payers but has anyone had issues with email bounce backs? Are they still in business?

They ran a few loads for us just last week. Don't have any issue with them really. Your mileage may vary of course.

im pretty sure they double brokers some freight to me and we are now trying to get paid and there email address are bouncing :(
