Trans-Frt McNamara

I don't have a problem getting paid, IF you call and talk to Naomi in accounts payable. They seem to print and sign cheques and only mail them when you call. If you don't call for 3 months, they won't mail it for 3 months. If you call in 45 days or whatever your terms are, they WILL mail the cheque right away. That is our experience anyways.

I know it looks bad 79 days but they have a new girl in payables named Courtney who kicks Naomi's butt when it comes to payables. Im used to getting paid at 90 days or worse by Naomi and Courtney has been paying between 60-70 days.
 
Exactly the same situation with us. At 60 days I called A/P, got someone on the phone on the first try, she told me 'your payment is on check xyz and will be going out tomorrow'. Either a perfect coincidence or they just wait until you call. Either way, pmt received a few days later...would work with again....but may call in 45 days instead of 60.
 
It took us 94 days to collect, and that was calling every 2wks. 1st call was made after 31 days, as we try to do with those who are slow at paying.
 
We cut them off a few years ago - averaged well over 90 days to pay. Waited until the account was paid in full and closed them off....
 
Anybody else experiencing payment issues with Trans-Frt McNamara? We've got more than a few invoices over 90 days now some closing on 120 days now. Close to going out to collection as no response from A/P
