Is anyone having trouble with Traffix out of Milton, ON? We've never had any issues with them before but lately, we're not getting answers. Anyone else got any insight?

I appreciate that info. I'll hold off a teeny bit longer just in case I can get things resolved. But I will use that contact if I can't get it sorted soon.
 
Most recent payment received for me was in June 2020 at 58 days.

Looking back to early 2020, I see a few payments were received around 25 days...

Someone finally answered the phone and at least spoke to me. There are a few things to get sorted. They say they haven't been paid by their customer so they're investigating. Everything was accepted by the customer and since June, we've never received a claim so...we'll see how it all shakes out. This might be a one off...we've never had issues. It'll be a test to see how they handle it. Thanks everyone for the responses.
 
So, are you [the carrier] are supposed to take it in the ass if they don't get paid, even though you fully completed your task in accordance with their request, or am I reading something into that statement that isn't there?
I absolutely agree with you...that's what I meant by..."It'll be a test to see how they handle it". But...since I'm this far into it, I'm giving them the chance to follow their queries first and resolve it peacefully. I'm following up this week. We'll have the spat if need be. Stay tuned.

I have had no issues with Traffix, pays very well and as for the communication, I know that due to COVID most of the staff is working from home. They always paid me in a very timely manner.

This has been resolved and all is well. The issue started with a late payment and no one was responding. We finally got everything straightened out. As I said before, we've done business with them for years and this has been the only bump. It was probably a one off.
 
Heather formerly of RX Freight is over at Traffix now...she has always been amazing to deal with. great communication and fair pricing! i will definitely be working for them

How are payment terms now?
I think things are fine. We don't do tons with them. This seems to have been an isolated incident that no one wanted to address. I actually think it was one person who put it on the back burner and then we had to harass a bit to get their attention again.
