Traffic Team

most of people complained about Traffic Team are Crooks and have no idea how Trasportation worked, they never owned any Trucks or deal with Brokers, we always worked with good brokers and customer who pays on Time not like you. Whoever complained about Traffic Team are in Bad Business most of them are doing Double Broker loads and close there company and never pay their Driver.
Artmax, Deisel1, PT inc have no clue what is Transportations.

Way to revisit a post not spoken of since Aug 2022.

Perhaps something about 'we're working hard to build a team of professional customer service, dispatch and drivers here. Our management has made huge strides in the preceding several months and we have found ways to improve our customer experience, we have a 99.75% on time pickup and delivery ratio for TL and 91.25% for LTL, our claim rations are below .05%...' would be a great reply rather than 'angry rant'.
