Won't be working with again.

1st and only shipment - delivered an hour late despite the driver being in Brampton 'area' 4 hours before the delivery apt. There was a 'flat tire' and no repair receipt provided.

Interesting note - there is another carrier name on the bill of lading (who is also disabled in my system for repeat service failures)...

Thanks for both Mike, I would be not be surprised if they dbl brokered. Bit of a story with them and a Saturday pick up someone here booked with them and canceled for tomorrow(bad on us person did not check them out at all GRRR), but no truck reposted as they had returns left on truck so could not do ours(only 4 skids so can't see them not adding to that). I'm figuring could not sell it or got load today so dumped back onto us. We have recovered so all good but will be on our DNU moving forward.

Does anyone have any updated news on this company. Noticed they are still around and are asking to haul freight for us... something doesn't sound right.. any info. would be helpful.
 
they double broker loads from another company they have they have been caught by globaltranz a few months ago and blacklisted them.
 
I'm not real jazzed about their Safer score. Both driver and equipment OOS is close to the limit and they have a alcohol violation... that's pretty much enough for me to tell a dispatcher to go find a more suitable carrier.
