TOTAL Transportation

We did an LTL shipment for TOTAL on April 22nd and we are still waiting for payment. The invoice is only for $300.00 but, every time I call, the AP person gives me the same run-around.

Apparently, she has to make an appointment with the president to discuss payables. What kind of poor financial shape does a company have to be in when they cannot pay a $300 invoice without talking to the president first?

They are very slow paying. Keep calling you will get your money.

They owed us for a $700.00 invoice, they ended up paying in 76 days.

We used them for a skid to Calgary and they were on the phone demanding their money at 31 days.

I called her again today and she still hasn't had a chance to meet with the president.

Apparently, I am on the list, but need to be approved.

Get the ball rolling - if they can't handle $300 - they're in bad shape - stay on their backs to the point of annoyance - let them know you called Link also...

I passed this on to someone at Total and they have the cheque in their hand! Any further problems with Total you can call and ask for Eric Adams!
