They've done 1 load only for us.

They picked up on time and delivered on time. They even made the effort to call us and say "The Driver has just arrived at the delivery".
I would try them again.

Personal Feedback -
We did a TL together in March (OH - ON). Picked up and delivered on time (by apt). Carrier took the time to call US on delivery.
Would be happy to work with again.
