TOP 5 TRENDS IN TRUCKLOAD/LOGISTICS

Just throwing this out there for discussion. What do you feel are the top 5 trends in Truckload/Logisitics and what are our biggest challenges.
My thoughts:
1) exchange rate affecting US cross border patterns
2) new border penalties (ie. fines) implemented as of 2016

1) Finding, hiring, and retaining good qualified drivers
2) Raising shipper rates in a soft market.
3) more rigorous enforcement of safety regulations, particularly south of the border.
4) upgrading to meet CARB standards as other jurisdictions look at implementing similar programs.
5) delays and costs due to crumbling or poorly built infrastructure..

Those are my five!
