Yes, it is, but dont forget they bought Jackson in Orillia last year.
Being 30 miles away I am sure all the building and admn will be taken over by JTS.
Makes perfect sense to me.

Just heard this morning that Titanium is going public. There's only one reason for that .... they're raising money to buy a bunch of stuff.
