I won't even waste a call to them 1.00/mile max because to them everything is a backhaul.

Guess thats why no one can pick up out of NC for less then $3000, heard that one a few times recently. On my load worked out to about 4.30 per mile. Tough to take that back to the customer for sure. Guess Bear doesnt ship from NC to ON, or they would have to recoup the costs of sendig guys dwn fro nothing. Wish i had all the outbound to even the tables out a bit!

I just got an email for a load of 6 forklifts totalling 42,000 lbs to go from Lenexa, KS to Jordan, MN. Only one of the forklifts needs to be tarped. All for the ridiculous rate of $550 US.
