Be weary, Take the load then the excuses start on why they didn't deliver. Mechanical problems, 8hr truck inspections?? and so on. Then she hangs up on you when looking for explanations.
IE: don't....

We use them and had 1 issue and they used the excuses: breakdown, hours, driver took wrong trailer.... We gave them a second chance and can say the past 9 loads we gave them in the last 5 weeks have been smooth, no issues at all now. I went to their office when we had the issue to find our what was going on, the owner was good to deal...

Yeah they just took our load, held it for almost 2 weeks and when we ask them for an update, they say it's sitting on their dock in Ayr. Needed to be out West for a project by Friday. When we tell them to return it to our dock, these brainboxes took the freight BACK TO THE SHIPPER! Now we're at major risk of losing one of our biggest clients and we also look incompetent amongst other things. HIGHLY ADVISE DNU!
