I just came across this list and was surprised to find a few Canadian outfits flagged as ineligible... I never factor anything, but sometimes it is good to know what others keep on their DNU list.
LARWAY TRANSPORTATION from Barrie, On!!! Wow I always believed they were as solid as they come - anybody can comment on this?
