We are currently having issues collecting from Jim Hamilton and Kevin Loshaw. If anyone is using them currently or knows anything that could help let me know.

Thank you
Abe

An update: TTW has sent out a letter indicating they are no longer in business.

At this point we do not believe they will be. We can't get a hold of anyone at TTW. We have started the process of calling consignees.

Abe -

Could you post their address? We have dealt with another Total Transportation and want to make sure it isn't the same company.

Thanks and Happy Friday!!

Darn. I guess we are going to be looking for a letter in the mailbox and making some phone calls as well.

Seriously appreciate the heads up.

THANKS!!

We put him on credit hold early May and he ignored us and stop shipping with us. May 26th we handed to our legal representative. By my count there are 2 here that were taken, 3 partner carriers we use and ourselves. Plus I think he burned our direct competitor as well.

But it says "without prejudice" so it must be all legal like right? Go right after the Shipper or Receiver immediately before everyone else they owe jumps in.

Yes, and don't forget the "hereby"
I wonder how this would work?
Dear Wife, it is without prejudice that I am hereby not married to you anymore and don't expect any money...........

A carrier will have recourse to any party listed on the BOL, despite people like this that collect and disconnect the phone. Scummy thing to do, but I believe in Karma so...

More importantly,
Dear wife, it is without prejudice that I'd like my martini ready when I arrive home. I've been married only a few years so that still happens. For now...

Keep well,
Mike
