He picked up a Load in California 12 days ago and we can't get a hold of

him anymore.

We leave messages but no one returns our calls.

Anyone else have problems with them ?

Had same problem with KBT from Brampton had to call the police and report the load stolen. Also called they're insurance co. and filed a 3rd party intent to claim. Complaining to the Link doesn't do much cause it's a legal matter but you can at least register a complaint.

This company is one of the worst. Might surprise some of you - Affiliated with CHEETAH TRANSPORT.

I booked a load with Cheetah - called back to find out where my truck was and the phone was answered T-Provider. Same dispatcher, same company. Noticed that they each had an account in our system with different address.

Claimed my load was picked up, load was not picked up. Found out that the load they were doing was one of ours as well from NJ to CA (now they're interstating loads too) Called the recievers for the CA load, not delivered.

Confronted them with this issue, gave up the info that the truck was still in NV. Sweet.

Tried to recover the load, could not, left it with them. Still not at shipper in CA the next day. Cancelled load, recovered for pickup the next day.

Long story short, customer not very happy that their frozen load from CA to NB was delayed 3 days.

I've had a run in or two with T-provider and the same issue both time. Could not reach for hours on the phone and was given excuse about being in doctors all day. Arrived several days late and multiple other problems.

He did however discount the freight, but as for service... not the way to go !... steer clear

Just found out Cheetah DB 2 loads, they have already been paid by the factoring company!!! ARRRG, here we go?~?~?~

I made a mistake and did not check this company out on her before I booked them on a shipment. All they did was lie for 2 days regarding a pick up and then I get a call from one of my good carriers telling me they are posting my load. They tried to Double Broker my shipment for more then I was paying them.
