Dispatcher is Simran
Took a rush skid from the Hamilton area to Loblaws Caledon, deliver before noon. Says yes he can do it.
picked up at 9:50 and somehow managed to show up at 12:45
Wonders why he is waiting.
Threatening to take the skid to his dock

Update: after the dispatcher was told not to call the shipper, he called anyway.
Unprofessional. Driver had to be told to go get safety shoes too.
DNU and avoid them at all costs.

Think the Metropolitan at 7-9am on a Monday and then you will have an idea of the 3 hours Hamilton to Caledon. Toronto is 4 hours from Toronto some days. Not sticking up for the carrier just pointing out GTA is a hole different animal when traffic is a mess. I would be pissed sitting with a skid too if it is hot at noon should be boiling at 12.45.

Thanks for the review. But it is misinformed
No one during the booking said that it by strict appointment.

Secondly
"Where is your driver at?
Has to pickup asap and deliver to Loblaws Caledon before noon

1 skid 500 lbs"

info provided by broker.

Where it says by appointment.
Dnt post wrong info , even after waiting for 1 hr when we confirm from you will the waiting time be paid you guys said yes , and when asked about waiting period after delivery you didnt paid.

Such a Broker should be avoided at all cost.
