BEWARE---- Liars (especially Matty)
Picked up Friday in TO for delivery Tuesday in Vancouver. Jobsite installers there, but they were absolutely sure they would make it. "driver coming home no matter what" is what Matty said. Advised by voicemail afterhours Monday driver in Medicine Hat with some truck issues. Tuesday wouldn't answer calls either cell or office(cowards) and then finally someone else in office advised truck hadn't left Toronto yet.
Instead of advising me Monday that the truck didn't move and saving me a day they lied. Had to expedite with a team, cost a pile of money and lost a pile of time because of a cowardly liar.
We know that shit happens, at least be honest and give us a timely chance for spin control, don't lie about it.
