They make no bones out of terms of 60 days (which are really 90)so we cut them off now is not the time to have your money sitting in someone elses hands. They did a few loads for us and changed all the appointments without letting us know so we cut them off as a carrier also. They pretend to be a huge company but I don't think they are really that big at all.

Dont answer phones period.
Several attempts over 15 minutes or so to reach dispatch X222 and X221 for posted freight were unsuccesful. Nobody answers the phone here, even when you dial 0.
I gave up but this raises the issue that if dispatch is unreachable, how can we reach accounts payable? After reading some of the posts here from months ago I made a few adjustements.

We have dealt with Synergex for over 8 yrs - no problems. They have always paid within 45-50 days, and are a pleasure to deal with. We never have any trouble reaching anyone, except if dispatch ( Tony / Ray) is on the phone. Then we leave a msg and they always call back. I'm surprised to hear this....?? 
Just becareful not to mix up between Synergex out of Mississauga, ON and Synergy out of Oakville.
One pays well and the other doesn't and we have made that mistake before here in the office.
The other problem is that there is a marketing company called Synergex and their telemarketing etiquitte sucks.
