Customer is not returning calls. CFO hiding behind receptionist. Same old, same old. Flashy website but not much substance once you get past that. Cant scrape together $650 to pay for a January invoice.

A/P Sheila is gone A/P Sheryl is in. Last payment was in Jan/11 at 71 days and it was a substantial amount so I think they are doing much better then before considering they were paying at around 90 days at one point.

Receivable over 70 days now....chase Joan in A/P...chase Pauline in A/P...don't have the invoice - emailed it over - read receipt comes back but "never received"....

One of the most disorganized accounting departments I have experienced in awhile - put you on hold forever - hang up or keep coughing in your ear. You'll tell them your company name over and over - never heard of you....

Stay far away from this completely unprofessional and delinquent outfit - not worth doing business with in any capacity....
 
This is no surprise. I have chased them on previous bad debt collections and have been very, very successful. I charge a contingency on all monies collected give me a call I know I can help 1-888-634-5251

You posted once on this thread....not necessary to post twice. It is considered spamming. I have not asked for collection assistance. There is another area on this site for that scenario.

I believe you have misconstrued my post, the intention of this particular "report a non payer" heading and perhaps this forum.

If you have a collection service to offer members - please contact ADMIN thru a private message and ask for advertising rates. You can then post your services under the appropriate header and area on this site.

Now that they have joined Wheels, does anybody have any updated payment history?
 
I was informed Friday of their affiliation with Wheels.

I don't anticipate any payable change as they are keeping the same people in accounting. This was the reason we cut them off.

Huge issues with both A/P people - non communication the main reason and they play the "shuffle you to someone else" game when you call for payment.
