Sureway Transportation St Cloud, MN

During my search regarding this company, a previous post refers to them as a broker. Does anyone know if they are also a carrier. We are looking to book a load with them and I certainly don't want them to turn around and re-broker it. They do have an MC #, but only show 1 truck and 1 driver on Safer. Any info would be appreciated.
