They are good for their money if you have a written rate confirmation. Be cautious though, if the agent is impractical or has an approach that demonstrates their lack of exposure to the practical realities of the transportation world, beware, as you will inevitably be hung out to dry on accessorials etc. We have had both positive experiences with good agents, and negative experiences with bad agents.
They are currently on our do not use list,(key to note not as a result of payment issues) as any company should have a better way of ensuring that their agents represent their company effectively.
