they have done a few flatbed loads for me. nothing special. communication is just ok.

They have done about 50 loads for us, email seems to be the best line of communication.

Nonchalant style of communication - They'll reach out if there's an issue, otherwise you can assume everythings on track.

We just used them and found their communication above average. Timely updates and quick follow ups. Perhaps they read the previous comments and upped their game as a result. Definitely would recommend and would use again.

I recently sent 2 loads to them no problem at all, let us know what happened, service and communication was ok. above average.

If so, stay far, far, far away from taking any loads from them. Still haven't paid on a load from last September.
