Has anyone else had any terrible experiences with Starmax Transport in Surrey, BC?
They kept lying after taking a load, Confirms the load then the truck is very very late on the day of pickup, then after rescheduling, they approve the reschedule, and when it's time to pickup, tell us they aren't available to pickup??? And we ask for a bad excuse, and Justin their dispatcher just disappears and doesn't reply... Like Oh no, I messed up, maybe if I disappear the problem will just go way..??? That's not what professionals do, but that's what he did...
So I now question this more...
Are they double brokering and getting failed by other carriers?
Are they just really bad at running a trucking company? Too many people not knowing how to run a trucking company?
Either way, based on my experience with them, I would recommend to my friends and family to stay away.. but my competitors, you are welcome to book with them
