I still don't understand this! You have no Policing going on! You have the goverment saying they do not have to manpower to make sure everyone is doing what they are suppose to. So why is everyone now surprised that OH My God we have people in this industry that are not honest! Grow up you all know whats going on as its been this way for years. Humber shutting down is sad as they have a great program but if your an new driver ( dont care where you came from) are you spending more or less for the same license! Havent seen a driver from Humber get paid more for where they got their license just how much experience do you have. Why do carriers have to recognize who is a good driver from the school they go to? What the hell is Service Ontario for then. My Rant for the day

CRA has from my understanding 1 employee for every 700 Canadians. If that number is correct or even close no one should not be paying taxes as they should be able to get everything heck it is 3 files a day at a 250 day work year, No excuse other than they have a gravy job and don't need to do anything as there is no repurcussion for being a lazy ass. The az mills etc is just another team brown scam brought on by half assed dimwit's making rules for MELT etc that are about as much use as TQL in a busy market. The article is more lip service bs from the OTA CTA.. Their freaking members do it (driver inc, hire from AZ mills) and freaking promote it in their publications read McCarron's articles etc. Nothing will change until we demand and force it and the chances of that happening in an industry that cannot agree on the cost of a free cup of coffee I do not hold a lot of hope in.
