Looks like they took a load from Napoleon OH where North Transport Alberta (Otal company) was involved. Transferred load at J D Crossdock to my client and you know the rest of the story.
Sputnick's phone # 647-622-1400 doesn't seem to work.

We used them a few times at the beginning of the year when my regulars were not available.
They seem to service points "off the beaten path" on a regular.
Their rates were high, but the service was good.

I heard whispers of them double brokering shipments. Since then, I haven't used them.

The information noted above is also the same info I have in our database.

One of my loads was double brokered to them by The North Transport Alberta and sent to JD Cross Dock. Managed to get the load back but could not be sure if they were knowingly involved or another victim of Otal.
Anyone looking for freight in Calgary should check with Pro-Formance Intermodal, Onway Transport/Cross Dock or Last Mile Logistics.

They did the work. Load was double brokered by The North Transport Alberta. I have not be able to determine for sure if they did the work as part of the scheme or not.

They are part of those crooks in Orangeville.

Sputnik is moving our loads and has never given us any trouble. They are merely performing their duties as transporters.

They are victims, just like we once were.

Police wont do anything to these guys. stop setting false expectations. the crimes are civil matters not within police jurisdiction.

I gave them 6 shipments in January, all went well with no service failures. They can be pricy but overall service is above average.
