I have a note in my system that were double brokering our loads from a few years ago. They are on DNU for a couple of years now. Our loads always got delivered but, as a broker myself this does not work. They were not upfront whether it was going on their equipment.

They do have contingent cargo on their policy so it is not exactly a secret.
