We had one really well handled load, working with Jasman, but then we had a 2nd that was 24 hours of nightmare. First the reefer broke and she said don't worry, team is en route with a new reefer, pickup next morning but no affect on delivery because of the team. Next morning she says truck is there but shipper standing in the yard says no it's not. Fresh load with ticking clock and they have no idea where their truck is. No details from them the whole day, nobody answers the phone. We had to bring in another carrier last minute at huge additional cost. Speedrite truck shows up at shipper 9 hours late for the revised monrning appointment and thought they would still get loaded. Going to dock them for the additional cost on the next few loads and if they make even 1 mistake they're on the blacklist.
