Their terms on paper are 21 days but their actual is more like 60-90 days.
They are HORRIBLE when is comes to payments, accounting never responds to emails and the only way to actually get paid is to threaten to cut them off.
They took over the logistics for a direct customer we have been working with for years, if it wasn't for that there is no chance in hell we would ever be working with these people.
