DEL Monday AM in Wichita

P/U'd 30 minutes late in the GTA (not a huge deal) but still.
DEL (or attempted to) Monday at 3:30 PM (receiver closes at 3:00). He asked for a layover charge. We said no. He billed it anyway. Big fight with his factoring company... but finally got it straightened out.
