I gave them 10 skids to deliver last month. They claim it delivered. A month later I find out 2 skids was not delivered and it has been in there warehouse in Calgary.

I had asked them to deliver the two skids back to us ! Spoke to them on Thursday they claim delivery Monday or Tuesday freight did not show up. Spoke to them today now they claim Friday delivery !! LOL !

Not going top pay there bill on this one !

Be very carefully using these guys first time using them and now the last time !
 
After speaking to the driver and dispatcher to let them know we will wait for the driver to show up eta was 5 pm. Driver never showed up we waited until 7 pm ! When the dispatcher finally called he said they made a error ?? Really ! They promised 8 am delivery for today ! 8:40 am no freight I called I get a voice mail !!
 
Finally spoke to the dispatcher they claim now they forgot to load it on a trailer ! Freight still in Calgary !
 
Spoke to Rick at SP Freight now they claim the freight had never went on the trailer the warehouse forgot to put it on. I speak to Andrew at Bullet Transport in Calgary and they where never instructed to load the freight on the trailer !!

Stay away from SP Freight !
 
I had same horrible experience with these guys a couple years ago, lied for 3 days straight, I got hit with charge backs due to installers on site for 2 days awaiting truck that "was about 2 hours away" every time I called.

I gave them every chance to come clean so I could hold off installers from arriving but they insisted they would meet delivery date, I guess some people don't know you are trying to simply assist. they are beyond DNU with me !!!
 
Well now there a post on this company so everyone can avoid them ! We have not paid there bill and our company is now going to put a claim on them !! They are a joke !!
